To apply cream blush, use your fingers to tap the product to the apples of the cheeks then blend it out and down.

If you have dark spots on your cheeks, apply foundation as normal and Cream Blush to the cheeks. Next, mix Cream Blush and concealer on the back of your hand and lightly apply on the dark spot. The color will even out with the Cream Blush already applied to the cheeks. –Jason Hoffman, Lead Trainer
